Greenville, OH

You will execute and deliver global digital initiatives from regional direction that improves process efficiency, asset utilization, and decision-making across manufacturing operations with the goal of turning data into decisions. You will be responsible for hands-on implementation, collaboration, and technical execution to achieve our strategic goals.

You create chemistry by...

  • Deploying, adopting, and actively using digital solutions at sites.
  • Using standard KPIs and dashboards for performance comparison and decisions.
  • Your improvements showing measurable impact on Fixed Manufacturing Costs and asset utilization.
  • Enabling Operators and teams to use digital tools independently.
  • Executing digital transformation initiatives in process optimization using data-driven solutions to reduce waste, waiting times, transportation losses, and inefficiencies.
  • Modernizing virtual assessment and benchmarking practices to compare site performance, evaluate innovation initiatives, and identify rollout potential.
  • Supporting the definition, development, and rollout of standardized global KPIs and dashboards.
  • Developing and deploying digital decision-support tools for shop-floor operations and cross-functional processes.
  • Driving the shift from traditional continuous improvement methods to a digital-first approach.
  • Designing and delivering training and enablement programs focused on practical digital tool usage.
  • Managing international cross-functional projects with focus on cost awareness and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with operations teams while enabling future digital capabilities.
