Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

Implements tactical and operational digital marketing goals, driving the execution of strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and mobile marketing. Contributes to developing new digital marketing processes, campaign optimization techniques or content standards. Manages digital marketing projects and/or processes, such as overseeing campaign performance analytics, refining audience engagement strategies, and optimizing digital content distribution frameworks. Works on problems and issues with a diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of multiple factors, such as market trends, consumer behavior insights, and digital performance metrics. Derives solutions based on limited information and/or precedents, adapting marketing strategies to emerging trends, refining engagement methodologies, and troubleshooting digital communication inefficiencies. Communicates with parties within and outside of the digital marketing discipline, and may have responsibilities for engaging with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media partners. Ensures collaboration across teams to refine messaging strategies, optimize campaign workflows, and enhance brand positioning across digital platforms.
We're looking for a strategic and analytically minded Personalization Strategist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of dynamic digital experiences that drive engagement, improve customer journeys, and support business goals. Reporting to the Personalization Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the personalization strategy, developing audience targeting frameworks, and deploying data-informed experiences across channels using platforms like Adobe Target.

This role is both strategic and executional, requiring an understanding of behavioral data, UX best practices, marketing technology, and the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate across functions-including Analytics, Web, Content, and CRM-to build scalable personalization systems that drive measurable impact.

What we're looking for

  • Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Computer Science strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in personalization, digital marketing, UX optimization, or marketing technology roles.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and experience partnering with data and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end code structures and how they impact rendering and personalization deployments.
  • Experience with CDP platforms, CRM integrations, or audience orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of UX design, behavioral science, or CRO frameworks.
  • Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or multi-region environment with complex customer journeys.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or other experimentation/personalization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, targeting logic, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Agile or matrixed environments.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Personalization Strategy & Experience Design
    • Develop and implement personalized experience strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
    • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to align personalization efforts with campaign objectives, lifecycle touchpoints, and segment-level goals.
    • Translate strategic personalization ideas into scalable experiments, decision logic, and test frameworks based on user behavior and business priorities.

  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting Frameworks
    • Own the development and refinement of audience segmentation strategies using behavioral, demographic, CRM, and lifecycle data.
    • Collaborate with Analytics and MarTech teams to define targeting rules, segment logic, and eligibility criteria to support dynamic content delivery.
    • Optimize targeting strategies over time based on campaign performance and evolving customer behavior.

  • Testing, Optimization & Experimentation
    • Lead the execution of A/B, multivariate, and rule-based personalization experiments across web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target or similar platforms.
    • Define hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria for each experiment and ensure proper documentation and QA across all variants and channels.
    • Use test results to inform future personalization strategies and recommend scalable experience enhancements.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Partner with Analytics to analyze campaign results and build dashboards that surface key insights and audience behaviors.
    • Contribute to post-campaign reviews, surfacing learnings that influence both nearterm optimization and long-term content strategy.
    • Identify personalization opportunities based on gaps in the customer journey, new data availability, or platform capabilities.

  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership
    • Act as the personalization point of contact for Web Production, Creative, Content Strategy, CRM, and Demand Generation teams.
    • Collaborate on campaign planning to ensure personalized experiences are integrated from the start, not treated as add-ons.
