Fi is looking for a Digital & Performance Designer! We're looking for someone to own the look, feel, and performance of our paid and organic social assets and email creative. You'll turn campaign briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand static content across Meta and beyond, plus the visuals behind our email marketing program. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who knows great design has to convert, not just look good, and has the performance data to back it up.
What You'll Do:- Design static creative for paid social campaigns (primarily Meta/Instagram, with potential expansion to TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms), optimized to drive clicks, sales, and engagement
- Partner on the visual output for organic social channels, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and platform-native
- Design email marketing assets, campaign graphics, banners, product features, and promotional layouts, in collaboration with lifecycle/email marketing
- Partner closely with brand and growth teams to translate campaign goals, briefs, and performance data into new creative concepts and iterations
- Build and maintain a steady cadence of A/B creative variants (copy, layout, color, format) to support ongoing testing and optimization
- Maintain brand consistency across all social and email touchpoints while adapting creative to platform-specific best practices and specs
- Stay current on social and paid media creative trends, platform format changes, and competitor creative strategies
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative marketing environment
- Handle light video editing: trimming, captions, simple animations, and repurposing existing footage to supplement static-first output
What You'll Bring:- 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showing paid and/or organic social creative and email design
- Proven experience designing performance-driven creative for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), you know what stops the scroll and what drives action
- Strong static design skills: layout, typography, color, and composition for social and email formats
- Comfort working with performance data and creative testing frameworks; you can speak to what worked and why
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma; Canva familiarity a plus
- Light video editing/motion skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut), not required to be an expert, but comfortable putting together simple edits
- Strong understanding of platform-specific creative specs and best practices (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, email)
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines at once
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable taking feedback from marketing, brand, and leadership stakeholders and iterating quickly
- Experience designing for a DTC or subscription/membership brand
- Comfortable using AI to generate and edit content
- Familiarity with pet, tech hardware, or wearables categories
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable) and/or Meta Ads Manager
