Full Job Description
Working Partnerships USA seeks a Digital Organizer committed to building power for working families in Silicon Valley. This role blends organizing and communications: managing the digital infrastructure that moves supporters from first contact to sustained action, while contributing to the team's storytelling, outreach, and campaign communications across digital and in-person channels. The Digital Organizer reports to the Communications Director and works closely with organizing staff across campaigns and programs. This role is part of the bargaining unit represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Organizing
  • Manage supporter database in EveryAction and ActionNetwork, including data hygiene, list segmentation, and engagement tracking
  • Build and maintain digital actions: donation forms, event sign-ups, petitions, surveys, and action alerts
  • Support organizers in building and maintaining digital pipelines, from outreach through onboarding to sustained engagement
  • Produce regular reports on list health, action completion, and supporter engagement for staff and leadership
  • Track and report on campaign performance across email, text, and social using available tools
  • Train staff and volunteers on digital tools, data entry standards, and best practices, and bring a digital organizing lens to broader team planning and campaign strategy
  • Support fundraising efforts including managing donation forms, donor communications, and event ticketing for organizational events such as the annual gala.

Digital Communication
  • Create and manage email and text campaigns, including peer-to-peer outreach via Scale to Win, from drafting through segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking and reporting.
  • Support organic social media execution: drafting copy, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement, in coordination with the Content Producer
  • Manage paid digital advertising (Meta, Google)
  • Coordinate the organizational editorial calendar to align with campaign milestones and events.
  • Distribute campaign updates, member stories, event reflections, and action alerts across channels
  • Participate in content strategy sessions and contribute ideas and creative input

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

The employee is expected to work 40 hours per week, must be available during core work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may occasionally be required to work evenings and Saturdays

COMPENSATION AND LOCATION

Our office is located in North San Jose. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $74,000-$94,000, with commensurate qualifications and experience. Working Partnerships USA also offers robust benefits including:
