Full Job Description
Position Overview
  • The Digital Media Analytics Led connects our digital marketing data to the business decisions it should inform, helping leaders understand what is working, where to invest, and how each channel contributes to growth. You will lead an analytics delivery team and partner closely with marketing and business intelligence to translate performance data into clear recommendations that move the numbers that matter. This is a role for someone who enjoys the analytics craft but is energized by its impact, and who is excited to work at the frontier of AI-powered analytics, applying agentic workflows and generative AI to turn data into decisions faster. This position reports to the Principal, Omnichannel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the analytics strategy across our full digital ecosystem, turning signals from social, search, display, email, and web into a unified view of what is driving performance and impacting business outcomes
  • Design and deploy agentic analytics workflows that automate data collection, analysis, and reporting so the team spends more time on insight and less on manual pulls
  • Apply generative AI and large language models to surface, summarize, and communicate insights, and help build new AI agents and capabilities where you will get to develop and pitch your own ideas
  • Create comprehensive performance overviews to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an analytics delivery team, setting the bar for quality and turnaround
  • Architect and continuously strengthen our measurement infrastructure so every insight the team ships rests on data we can trust
  • Stay current with industry benchmarks, trends, and emerging AI and analytics practices, and bring the best of them into how we work

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role, including hands-on team leadership
  • Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in applying LLMs and agentic tools to real analytics problems
  • Pharma and/or Life Sciences experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), and third-party services (Crossix, AIMXR)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
  • Experience with spreadsheet applications and data manipulation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience building or working with AI agents, LLM-based tools, or prompt-driven analytics workflows
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with tag management systems
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)

The salary range for this position is $119,500 to $163,875 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
