Objectives and Responsibilities:- Digital Marketing: Manage the daily execution of paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns to capture high-intent demand and accelerate qualified leads through the funnel.
- SEO/SEM: Execute high-impact SEO and SEM strategies to drive high-quality organic and paid traffic.
- Email Marketing: Build and execute integration email marketing communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Optimize the User Journey: Manage and continuously refine miovision.com and website landing pages, removing friction from the funnel to maximize lead conversion.
- Track, Analyze and Elevate: Turn raw digital marketing data into actionable insights, regularly reporting on web, campaign, and email performance to boost ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (Internal and External): Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align spend with product launches, while managing digital agencies and software vendors to deliver flawless work on time.
The Ideal Profile:- Experienced Digital Strategist: You have a strong track record of managing multi-channel digital projects with high attention to detail.
- Mar-Tech Stack: Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SQL), modern CMS platforms, Google Ads, HTML, and CSS. Certifications in Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certifications or equivalent would be an asset.
- Data-Driven Problem Solver: You instinctively dive into web analytics to diagnose funnel leaks, map out CPC trends against lead quality, and pivot strategies based on hard data.
