The Americas is the largest region for Edrington globally, driven by the USA, which is the largest Edrington market worldwide. Led by The Macallan, the world's most desired Single Malt Scotch Whisky and luxury spirit, Edrington Americas boasts a leading portfolio of ultra-premium spirits brands across several categories, while also charged with the focus markets for the company's strategic partnership brands, No. 3 London Dry Gin.

To achieve Edrington Americas' digital transformation ambition, the Digital Commerce Assistant Manager will support the Digital Commerce and Paid Media teams in coordinating B2C, B2B and Paid Media channel plans, executing campaigns, assisting on digital tactics, reporting, preparing competitive analysis, and evaluating performance against well-defined scorecard metrics. This role will also support the management and development of digital assets, ensuring consistency and best practice across all digital touchpoints, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date assets across PIM and DAM platforms. In addition, the role will provide overall administrative support for the channel's agenda.

Make an Impact

  • Support the delivery of B2C and B2B digital commerce and paid media strategies across The Macallan and wider brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to develop campaign requirements and coordinate the timely delivery of assets, content, and deliverables across channels.
  • Assist with campaign execution, including asset trafficking, approvals, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring across digital commerce and paid media activity.
  • Analyse and consolidate performance data, producing reporting and actionable insights to support optimisation, continuous improvement, and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain key planning tools and programme calendars to ensure visibility, alignment, and prioritisation across teams.
  • Support budget management processes, including PO creation, invoice processing, and spend tracking, ensuring adherence to financial controls.
  • Work closely with global and local partners to manage digital asset and content platforms, ensuring requirements, product information, and digital assets are accurate, prioritised, and delivered effectively.
  • Provide project management and operational support across digital commerce and media workstreams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.


Your Talent and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivelant, Digital Marketing or Business major preferred
  • Demonstrated professional experience working in Marketing, E-commerce or Digital
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to take on multiple projects and asks at the same time
  • A strong teammate who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion for consumer engagement, marketing, and e-commerce, with a professional interest in luxury brands
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization
