Job Summary:
Bridges digital health product enablement and enterprise strategy. Accelerates maturity, consistency, and growth across digital health product lines. Provides subject matter depth, industry knowledge and expertise, cross functional leadership, and advisory support across one or more digital health domains, while supporting the translation of digital health strategy into scalable, operationally viable digital products and programs. Operates with enterprise perspective and influence, serve as trusted partners to leadership and executives, and guide product managers and delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as a senior subject0matter advisor for one or more digital health domains, providing strategic guidance, leadership, and delivery oversight across initiatives.
- Informs governance and intake processes by guiding prioritization decisions with domain expertise and enterprise context.
- Partners with executive leaders, vendors, and product managers to shape product vision, roadmaps, and priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, clinical needs, and growth objectives.
- Translates high0level priorities into data-driven deliverable product concepts, operating models, and success metrics.
- Provides cross0portfolio coordination, identifying overlap, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization, reuse, and scale across digital health products.
- Contributes to decision0making through analysis, recommendations, and executive0level communication.
- Influences and supports enterprise adoption and change, advising on workflow integration, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
- Supports vendor RFI and RFP creation, business case development, value realization, and outcome measurement, including ROI, experience, quality, access, and revenue impacts.
- Mentors and coaches product managers and team members, helps build product, clinical, and operational fluency across the digital health portfolio.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor0s degree or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
