Job DescriptionResponsible for the intake, planning, delivery, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on U.S Bank's public website, secure online banking portal, and mobile app for the purpose of deepening customer relationships. Identifies and communicates to business line marketing teams key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as necessary. Mobilizes complex support from production marketing execution team(s) and ensures on-time execution. Uses channel specific marketing strategies and insights to continuously improve marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with product, marketing and execution teams. Adapts plans and priorities to address agility, resource and operational challenges. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. The ideal candidate has a curious and creative mind, a knack for problem-solving and exceeding expectations, and rockstar project management/communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
Demonstrable expertise in client engagement and/or stakeholder management on complex projects
Strong project management skills, preferably in an agile environment
Familiarity with the end-to-end digital marketing campaign process including strategy, project intake, content development, creative and compliance reviews, testing, release and results measurement
Thorough knowledge of display or social advertising formats, development processes and optimization methods
Comfortable evaluating the digital sales funnel for opportunities to improve performance through analysis of conversion and abandonment rates, benchmarking, user research, etc.
Experience with Adobe marketing platforms such as Journey Optimizer, Offer Decisioning, or Target
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to delegate and successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
Proficiency in Jira, Adobe Workfront, Confluence, Mural and Office365 solutions
Location Expectations
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
