Full Job Description
As part of USI Marketing, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for USI Marketing, monitoring industry trends, and conducting business analysis to synthesize key insights that inform the portfolio roadmap and guide execution of tactical initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the COE team to align on strategic priorities and best practices, support forecasting processes, and assist in analyzing performance drivers to identify opportunities for growth.

This role also involves understanding the reasons behind product and portfolio performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and communicating findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership. Strong business and financial acumen is required, including experience with business cases and scenario modeling

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
  • Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
  • Works with advanced data models and analytics.
  • Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development.
  • Executes new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional team.
  • Coaches others in less senior positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Strong executive presence and human relations skills.

Strong project management experience.

Pay: Memphis range: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo; Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo; Plano range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week
