What We're Looking ForA creative and detail-oriented digital designer with experience and strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Someone with a sharp eye for composition, typography, and brand systems, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple projects at once. This person should be able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives across campaigns, presentations, and product communication.
Key Responsibilities: - Creation of digital assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and maintain visually engaging presentations and documents for sales, marketing, and executive communication, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Use and adapt Figma templates to develop cohesive visual systems and design layouts.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital communication
- Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design insights.
- Manage and maintain the company's design asset library, templates, and visual guidelines.
RequirementsMust-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (daily use for templates, presentations, and design systems).
- Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required).
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere.
- Previous experience designing for healthtech, biotech, SaaS, or AI companies.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
