Digital/Data Transformation Manager or Director

Digital/Data Transformation Manager salary range is: $117,000 - $152,000
Digital/Data Transformation Director salary range: $163,000 -$224,000

Empirical is looking to hire a motivated Digital/Data Transformation Manager and Director to join our growing team!

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about driving change and has a proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives. If you have a strong background in program management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Serves as a Program Manager or Subject Matter Specialist on financial management, or adjacent, projects in a technological field, including, but not limited to, data scientist, computer network architect, database architect, software developer/programmer (applications, low-code/no-code, robotic process automation, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools, and identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) tools), cloud computing, and artificial intelligence engineer.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Support role out of digital change management and capability building efforts
  • Establish the path forward to enable the broad use of digital toolkits, agile development, modular building blocks, model-based application
  • Utilize enterprise templates, process flows, and investment guidance to create details behind how value levers will be applied in impact area scenarios
  • Quick adaptability to new information and continuously changing environments
  • Drive performance against metrics aligned with functional leads to understand progress against digital efforts

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree
  • Data/Digital Manager requires a minimum of 9 years of experience
  • Data/Digital Director requires a minimum of 14 years of experience
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional leadership: Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, often without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of advanced IT solutions and technologies
  • Analytical and business skills
  • Problem-solving: Anticipate issues and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Ability to complete a background investigation and credit check, as well as being able to obtain a security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is contractually required.
