Job Summary

The Digital Content Manager will support internal technology and product delivery teams by translating complex business, product, and technology concepts into clear, concise, and engaging communications for a variety of internal audiences. This highly collaborative role serves as a key connection point between technology teams, product partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and understanding around organizational priorities, initiatives, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate is skilled in storytelling and visual communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling narratives, presentations, visuals, and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate technology, product, and delivery updates into clear and concise messaging aligned with business goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials including executive presentations, storytelling decks, talking points, visuals, infographics, videos, journey maps, and written summaries.
  • Partner with product leaders, technology delivery teams, UX/design teams, and business stakeholders to understand objectives and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Apply storytelling frameworks to communicate roadmaps, progress updates, risks, tradeoffs, and value realization in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Create visuals and diagrams that simplify and explain complex systems, processes, and concepts.
  • Support change management communications related to new capabilities, processes, and delivery milestones.
  • Tailor messaging for a variety of internal audiences including executives, product teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational communication standards and branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
  • Demonstrated experience creating visual content including presentation decks, graphics, videos, and journey maps.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and visual storytelling tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and layout best practices.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video creation and motion design tools.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed and cross-functional environments with diverse stakeholders and leadership teams.
