Our team emphasizes accountability and open feedback. We value team cohesion, diverse perspectives, and shared ownership of outcomes.
This position reports to the Manager, Digital Engagement and can be based out of our office in Topeka or Overland Park, Kansas. We work a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
CMS Administration & Content Management

Information Architecture and Digital Experience
Maintain website information architecture, navigation structures, taxonomy, and content organization to support intuitive user experiences.
Partner with UX, UI, and content stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer journeys and business objectives.

CMS Migration and Evolution
Serve as the primary marketing and content liaison to technical web development teams during migration efforts.
Advocate for content editor needs and future-state usability during platform design and implementation decisions.
Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and help prioritize must-have versus nice-to-have functionality.
Develop and coordinate regression testing and user acceptance testing frameworks with content marketing stakeholders.
Establish processes for managing content changes occurring in the production environment (Drupal) during the migration period and ensure proper translation into our future state environment (Contentful).
Collaborate with Strategic Brand, UI, UX and (potentially) external consultants to explore and execute website redesign phases.
Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership
Support governance of digital standards and structural consistency across web properties.
Ensure business objectives and content management requirements are appropriately represented in technical decision-making.
Document migration processes, governance standards, workflows, and operational procedures for future teams.

5+ years of experience managing enterprise websites and CMS platforms.
Experience supporting or leading CMS migration initiatives.
Strong understanding of information architecture, content governance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
Proven ability to work effectively with both technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Expectations
