Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles with enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong skills in estimating, planning, functional application, and project management.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM with cloud implementations in a consulting context.
• Experience driving project delivery and engagement pursuits.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of building trust quickly with stakeholders.
• Preferred knowledge in Oracle EPM Profitability & Cost Management Cloud.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking or publishing activities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in training staff in project management and technical skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
