Digital Category Merchandising Analyst
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week) - Atlanta, Georgia

Ideal Candidate
Must possess 5+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising or eCommerce.
Must have 2+ years of experience supporting B2B eCommerce.

Must have strong knowledge of:
Digital Merchandising
Online Assortment Planning
Pricing Strategies
Product Catalog Management
Omnichannel Customer Experience

Must have hands-on experience using analytics platforms including:
Google Analytics
Adobe Analytics
Power BI
Similar Analytics Tools

Must possess strong experience analyzing category performance and translating data into business recommendations.
Must have experience working with Category Management, Pricing, Promotions, Operations, and Product teams.
Must possess excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Digital Category Merchandising Analyst will support the execution of digital merchandising strategies that improve online revenue, optimize product assortment, enhance customer experience, and drive category growth across enterprise B2B eCommerce platforms.
The successful candidate will analyze category performance, optimize online merchandising, support pricing and promotions, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Support digital merchandising strategies across B2B eCommerce channels.
Analyze category performance and provide business recommendations.
Optimize online assortment, pricing, availability, and product presentation.
Partner with Product, Pricing, Promotions, and Operations teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline.
5+ years of Digital Merchandising or eCommerce experience.
Minimum 2+ years supporting B2B eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of Online Merchandising, Assortment Planning, and Pricing Strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
