Full Job Description
Citi is looking for a Digital Acquisition Lead Analyst to shape and optimize how the organization reaches and converts customers across paid and owned digital channels. In this role, you will lead acquisition strategy, manage campaign performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate digital goals into measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly influence Citi's digital growth by ensuring campaigns are strategically positioned, compliantly executed, and continuously optimized against defined KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic positioning of paid and owned digital acquisition campaigns, defining channel testing approaches and advising on which products to market and how to structure test design.
  • Develop end-to-end acquisition campaign strategies, owning forecasting models and performance reporting to track progress against business goals.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including evaluating partners for selection and overseeing the development of creative assets.
  • Negotiate and execute media buying contracts for new initiatives, managing relationships with advertising partners, ad networks, and publishers.
  • Optimize creative, messaging, and acquisition landing pages to improve conversion rates and deliver results tied to defined KPIs.
  • Oversee quality assurance across ad copy, landing pages, and sitelinks both before and after campaign launch to maintain accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Track and manage monthly budgets and performance metrics to ensure KPIs are consistently met, escalating risks and maintaining documentation in line with audit requirements.


Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to influence strategy and drive acquisition performance across digital channels.
  • Expertise in the strategic positioning and optimization of paid and owned digital assets, with a clear understanding of how channel decisions connect to business outcomes.
  • Expert-level awareness of regulatory requirements relevant to digital marketing and financial services, with meticulous attention to detail in campaign execution and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and translate technical requirements into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Competence in managing marketing budgets, tracking spend efficiency, and reporting performance against KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.


Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in online paid media, SEO, or SEM, with the ability to apply channel knowledge to inform broader acquisition strategy.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as tools for managing cross-functional workflows and project documentation.
