- Onsite not a remote position
- Collects and analyzes clinical data across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, identifying trends and supporting accreditation efforts.
- Leads program development and evaluation for digestive health initiatives, including assessment, implementation, and modification of care pathways.
- Assesses complex digestive health patient cases, performs concurrent medical record reviews, and communicates findings to leadership for quality improvement. Serves as a single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, coordinating follow-up services and addressing barriers to care.
- Conducts preventive health chart reviews, arranges patient education, and facilitates communication between patients and clinical teams.
- Develops and implements evidence-based programs and workshops based on quality data and clinical needs, including emergency interventions and staff education.
- Participates in research activities, communicates regulatory updates, and serves as a resource for evidence-based practice and meaningful use requirements. Leads protocol development and evaluation efforts, recommending structural or process changes to improve care quality and reduce costs.
- Maintains subject matter expertise, models professionalism, and supports staff education and mentoring across interdisciplinary teams.

Education:- Associate of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:- 2+ years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health within a healthcare setting. [Required]
- 3 Years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health platform or data collection within a healthcare setting. [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:$68,132.50 - $119,520.35
