Earning Potential: $60,000 - $150,000+ (Flat Rate + Bonuses)What You'll Do:- Diagnose and repair diesel and heavy engine systems
- Perform maintenance and full vehicle inspections
- Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and more
- Test drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs
What You Bring:- Proven technician experience (diesel preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid work ethic and team mindset
- Ford experience is a plus-but not required
