Ready for steady work, real support, and a shop that wants diesel techs to win? Mossy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our service department.
If you are strong with diesel diagnostics, Cummins repairs, electrical troubleshooting, DEF/SCR systems, turbo concerns, fuel system issues, and Ram truck repairs, this is a great opportunity to step into a busy CDJR dealership with steady work and real growth opportunity.
We are not looking for someone who just wants a stall. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their craft, wants to produce, communicates well, and knows what it means to fix vehicles right the first time.
The Diesel Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly and Flag Rate Compensation of between $34.00 and $45.00, plus a productivity bonus equivalent up to a maximum hourly rate of $56.00 per hour based on individual performance.
If you are tired of sitting around waiting for work, not getting support, or working in a shop that does not understand diesel, this may be the move you have been waiting for.
