You'll work closely with Sales, cross-functional teams, and senior Creative Strategy & Activation leadership to bring partnerships to life - ensuring every deal you touch is creatively sharp, well-scoped, and delivered without a hitch. This position can be located in our Los Angeles or New York City office.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sale & Creative Strategy

  • Partner with Sales and Creative Strategy leadership to translate client briefs and RFPs into clear, compelling pitch decks and narratives
  • Contribute original ideas to the department's creative approach for partnership opportunities
  • Support client and prospect meetings, presenting creative concepts as needed in collaboration with the Sales lead

Deal Development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help scope deal deliverables that are creative, realistic, and aligned to budget and timeline
  • Partner with Leadership and Sales on deal level P&L creation and management
  • Flag resourcing or feasibility risks early in the deal-shaping process
  • Draft and maintain deal documentation, scopes of work, and creative briefs

Post-Sale Activation & Delivery
  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned partnerships from kickoff through campaign wrap
  • Build and manage project timelines, coordinating across all cross functional teams including events, programming, branded content, talent and social
  • Track deliverables against what was sold, proactively surfacing issues before they become problems
  • Create post-campaign recaps, performance reporting, and case study development

Collaboration & Growth
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner-facing questions on assigned accounts
  • Partner with the AVP and department leadership to identify process improvements across the pre- to post-sale workflow

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, integrated marketing, or a related field, with exposure to both pitch/strategy work and delivery/execution
  • Strong creative instincts paired with solid project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and updates to internal stakeholders and, at times, clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
