DaVita is seeking a full-time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center!
***This position will support/FLOAT to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Yonkers, NY area***Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
- Float to nearby clinics in Region as needed
What to Expect:- Fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Long-term patient relationships
- Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients

Schedule:- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
- Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10 - 12 -14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) - Sunday's off!
Qualifications:- RN license in the state of practice
- At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
Preferred (Not Required):- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Wage Range for the role is $40.00 - $55.00 per hour.
Registered Nurse ICHD Float Intermediate: $40.00 - $42.25 per hour.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
