This role spans operations management, commercial growth, and marketing execution, with direct responsibility for building and mentoring local teams while aligning closely with global leadership.

We're looking for a builder: someone who's built something up from scratch, knows what breaks in the field, and has the commercial instincts to grow a market, not just run one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Development: Lead local commercial activities including customer acquisition, partner development, and expansion into new markets. Support strategic partnerships building and long-term growth.
  • Marketing Execution: Support execution of the Company's marketing strategy, including local campaigns, community outreach, social media initiatives, and doorhanger distribution programs. Drive customer penetration and engagement at the neighbourhood level.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, build, train, and mentor high-performing operations, commercial, and marketing teams. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.
  • Site Deployment: Collaborate with the Real Estate deployment team on site deployment projects for new drone station facilities to ensure smooth site setup and handoff to successful operational launch.
  • Fleet & Resource Planning: Define drone and infrastructure needs across stations, ensuring service availability, capacity planning, and alignment with global supply and engineering. Collaborate closely with the CAO, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of multi-site ops leadership experience in mobility, logistics, last-mile delivery, food, grocery, or similar. Someone who's managed 5-15 locations and knows what breaks and how to fix it
  • Inspiring communicator with the ability to connect with senior leaders as well as motivate teams
  • Excels at building networks and liaising with external partners and city stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer obsession
  • Analytical, able to spot trends in data and act upon them
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a scrappy hands-on approach
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. The job requires extensive travel
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
