Full Job Description
Required Skills:
  • DevOps Lead - Shield (USB proprietary) pipeline expertise , Ansible , Terraform , Gitlab
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment, testing, and delivery for Gen AI and RPA projects.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance efficiency.
  • Optimize containerization using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes to streamline deployment and management of microservices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into their workflows, aligning operations with engineering needs.
  • Manage and improve infrastructure security, implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies for business continuity and rapid recovery in case of failure.
  • Drive performance improvements through analysis and automation of manual processes, making operations more efficient and scalable.
  • Mentor and lead junior DevOps engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for performance monitoring and alerting.
  • Strong experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and firewall configurations to ensure the integrity and security of infrastructure.
  • Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
