About the Team
The Design Technology team serves as the essential link between Design and Technology at Workday, supporting the UX community to design and build quality, innovative, and intentional experiences at scale. The team architects, builds, and maintains key technology solutions for Designers and Researchers, providing design-focused UI engineering services and DevOps support.About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer on the Design Technology team, you will play a key role in building and supporting the cloud-based infrastructure that powers UX tooling, code build pipelines, and design assets — enabling design quality and innovation at scale across Workday's products.
Your work will directly impact the team's ability to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that Designers and Researchers depend on every day. You will bring a thoughtful approach to infrastructure design, balancing speed with security, and collaborating closely with colleagues to continuously improve how the UX organization works.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
