Job Description- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, and pipeline automation.
- Strong practical experience with Jenkins or TeamCity pipelines, including multibranch and scripted pipelines.
- Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines to Tekton and/or Harness (high priority).
- Solid understanding of Java application build and deployment, including:
- Maven lifecycle, POM structure, JAR/WAR/EAR packaging, Build artifact handling using Nexus/Artifactory.
- Experience deploying applications to WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is a strong plus.
- Strong scripting experience using Python, Shell.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, including playbooks, roles, configuration automation, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Hands-on with Git version control, branching strategies, and release workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures, build issues, Java packaging errors, and deployment failures.
Mandatory Skills: DevOps.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
