Opportunity Overview

As a DevOps Engineer - Software Tooling & CI/CD Platform, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating the automation and platforms that power our software delivery lifecycle. This position partners across development, QA, and operations to improve release reliability, developer productivity, and deployment quality across products and teams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories and branches.
  • Develop reusable pipeline templates, build/test/package/publish components, and internal tooling that standardize best practices and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery feedback loops.
  • Build and enhance deployment tooling, including installer, packaging, and automated validation workflows for production and test environments.
  • Support troubleshooting of complex build and deployment issues through root cause analysis and preventative improvements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate security practices such as SAST/SCA into pipelines and remediation workflows.
  • Mentor teams through documentation, enablement materials, and shared DevOps standards that improve adoption and consistency.
  • Ensure operational improvements are tracked effectively through tools such as Jira and reflected in sustainable development practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong depth of experience in DevOps, release engineering, and CI/CD environments.
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, and modern software build/test automation processes.
  • Strong technical skill in Windows-based build and deployment workflows.
  • Working knowledge of scripting and software tools such as Python, PowerShell, C#, and WPF.
  • Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration tools such as Ansible.
  • Experience with artifact repositories, virtualization, containers, and DevSecOps practices is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, provide guidance, and contribute to shared standards and team success.
  • Preference for experience with Nexus and Git-based source control workflows, ideally GitLab.
  • Preference for exposure to security tooling integration such as SAST/SCA and automated validation workflows.


Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $129,600 - $207,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
