Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and scale our AWS- and Databricks-based data platform. This role will focus on infrastructure automation, CI/CD, environment management, and enabling rapid, secure delivery of data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be fluent in automation scripting, cloud provisioning, and DevOps best practices, with experience in both AWS services and Databricks workspace management.
Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform automation, or related engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies
- Experience with Pulumi and/or Terraform for cloud and data platform automation
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, QuickSight, etc.)
- Experience provisioning and managing Databricks resources and automating deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, or other data services
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)
Education- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
