Inside the Role
Develops and executes a Development Operations (DevOps)to ensure quality software deployments and configuration changes.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
•• Build, maintain, and support integrations using APIs, ETL, Boomi, and file-based interfaces (e.g., XML, JSON)
• Execute configuration updates and system changes within WorkForce Management (WFM) systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure operational stability
• Configure and maintain business processes and integrations to meet current needs
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and release activities
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides
• Prioritize and resolve support requests to ensure strong user experience
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Participate in the WorkForceManagement releases, twice per year. Validate impacts, test and communicate changes in our environment
• Solves problems within a defined scope using established tools and practices
• Works independently on assigned tasks with general guidance
• Contributes to team deliverables and continuous improvement efforts

Knowledge You Should Bring
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Computer, Information Systems or similar discipline with 4 years of related experience, OR an AA with 6 years experience, OR 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree, is required.
• Working knowledge in WorkForce Management - modules for payroll, time and attendance, business Process configuration including integrations.
• Must possess technical knowledge to be able to work with other integration teams, including third party vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of union contracts, different payrules, time and attendance and payroll life cycle, including production support.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively required
• Demonstrated ability to take a creative and resourceful approach to solving problems required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
• Problem solving, lean methodologies and continuous Improvement certification and or +5 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation.
