Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing:- Configuring CI/CD for multiple web applications.
- Taking source code and dependencies to perform application builds.
- Performing automated testing and security scans.
- Deploying to multiple environments (Dev, Staging, Operations).
- Creating and maintaining pipelines to multiple environments across multiple security enclaves (low to high development).
- Being responsible for Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Authoring helm charts to deploy resources to OpenShift platforms.
- Managing and documenting system security by performing software updates in response to scan findings, document system, architecture to demonstrate security compliance.
Required SkillsMust Have:- MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
- 5-8+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 3 additional years of experience in information technology.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
- Ability to manage networking for web applications by understanding PCP/IP and DNS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenShift, with ideal knowledge of AWS.
- Experience creating and modifying Helm charts and configuring deployments to multi-environments (e.g., dev, stage, prod) across multiple security domains.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (one or more of Terraform, Cloud formation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.).
- Experience with Gitlab and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines (knowledge of Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar will be considered).
- Knowledge of containerization, monitoring & logging, and network & security.
- Experience deploying and managing databases, interacting with databases via SQL and ORMs.
- Experience monitoring and updating tokens.
- Comfortable using Python and BASH to create systems tooling.
- Ability to contribute code updates/tweaks to existing code repositories.
- Experience with integrating security components with applications and databases.
Desired SkillsNice to Have:- Experience with software system design, able to create application architecture for new applications.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management and Request for Change process for review and assessment.
- Experience with delivery of an integrated solution using Agile software delivery techniques.
- Technical certification Network +, Security +, Oracle or specializing in Software Development, or Cloud Computing.
- Experience in System Engineering and project/program management.
- Knowledge and/or experience with NGA enterprise products (including NGA CORE tools; ie Wormhole).
Additional DetailsCompensation & Benefits: This position has an anticipated salary range of $112,200 - $151,800 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
