Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated CI/CD pipelines across On-Premises, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud-native technologies, containerization, platform engineering, and DevSecOps practices.
This role will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to accelerate software delivery, improve reliability, and establish modern DevOps practices across enterprise environments.

Job Duties:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on premises infrastructure.
• Manage, automate, and optimize build, deployment, and release processes for reliable software delivery.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipeline performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to standardize DevOps practices.
• Maintain and improve configuration management solutions (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Implement automated testing and validation steps within CI/CD workflows.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, on prem clusters).
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, cloud-native tools).
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and manual steps.
• Provide operational support including incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes and system configurations.
• Mentor team members on DevOps best practices and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Engineering
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes across on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git-based workflows.
• Implement deployment methodologies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments.
• Develop reusable pipeline templates and DevOps standards.
Cloud & Infrastructure Automation
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar technologies.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem environments.
• Support hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud architecture initiatives.
• Manage cloud networking, identity integration, and security controls.
Containerization & Kubernetes
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administer Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Implement container security, image management, and lifecycle governance.
• Support microservices-based architectures.
DevSecOps & Security
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines including SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and cloud governance standards.
• Implement secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or GCP Secret Manager.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security automation initiatives.
Monitoring & Reliability Engineering
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Configure centralized dashboards, alerting, and performance management.
• Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve platform stability and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of pay range of $105,000- $115,000/year. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
