Position Title: DevOps Developer/Programmer
Position Location: This position is full time, on-site in the National Capital Region (undisclosed government client and/or Data Center facilities). This position requires the ability to work shifts to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, participate in an On-Call rotation and be available OnDemand to address technical problems and support weekend activities.
Daily Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and orchestration workflows.
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks.
- Develop Python and PowerShell scripts.
- Create and troubleshoot JSON configurations and integration artifacts.
- Support Enterprise Application Integration, including APIs and application-to-application workflows.
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
- Ability to work shifts to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Required Years of Experience (min):
- 5 years relevant experience in enterprise automation, scripting, orchestration, or application integration.
Required Degree/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas:
- Expert in Enterprise automation and Enterprise Application Integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and JSON.
- Experience developing automation scripts and orchestration workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation, scripting, and integration issues.
- Light Windows or Linux server administration experience.
Required Clearance:
- Security/Background Check required.
- Candidates must be able to secure and maintain Federal Government security clearances as deemed appropriate by management.
