Full Job Description
Overview

To provide information technology support to Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Management Area Services (IMAS). The primary tasks are: facilitate the digital transformation of PAE Fires. This includes the adoption and integration of advanced digital technologies, processes, and practices to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and overall mission effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in leading application design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment across GOTS, MOTS, and COTS systems;

  • Experience in source-code maintenance; database performance; application security; and development/production environments. Relevant technologies include .NET, SharePoint, SBM, and digital engineering tools such as MagicDraw, DOORS, and Windchill.

  • Establishes software development processes and metrics that measure and improve team performance.
  • Establishes a Process Framework for all Development enhancements, projects, and releases.
  • Participates and works with Software Architects and Developers in the analysis and development of business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of related work experience -or- Master's degree and 8-10 years of related work experience
  • DoD 8140 certifications
  • Sofware devoplment experience
  • TS/SCI eligibility
