Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate development, construction management, or design management
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design processes
• Excellent skills in budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting
• Experience collaborating with city officials, general contractors, and lenders
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead entitlement, permitting, and city approval processes from concept to completion
• Manage design from concept through construction documents, ensuring cost-effectiveness and constructability
• Oversee architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants, resolving conflicts and keeping deliverables on schedule
• Conduct monthly OAC meetings; review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications
• Perform site inspections and QA/QC reviews to maintain quality standards
• Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and draw schedules in collaboration with the accounting team
• Facilitate project close-out and a smooth transition to property and asset management
