Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Full-Stack Developer to provide advanced analysis, design, and programming services for enterprise-level applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct technical analysis by reviewing user requirements and creating design documentation.
- Develop and maintain software applications using industry-standard coding practices.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design docs, data models, process flows, environment diagrams, and test plans.
- Collaborate with project teams on sprint/release activities, including effort estimation, architecture/design discussions, defect resolution, and status reporting.
- Identify technical specifications and integration requirements for system implementation.
- Contribute to the establishment of system design methodologies and data governance structures for large-scale projects.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 15 Required Creating ETL processes, transporting, aggregating large data sets between systems 15 Required Experience in SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling 10 Required Experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Jav 10 Required XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript and JQuery 10 Required Experience mid-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC 2 Required Experience with Texas state agencies 2 Preferred Experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI and PowerApps 2 Preferred Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, Confluence 2 Preferred Scrum/Agile methodologies
