Developer IV for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications within a fast-paced technical environment. The Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions while contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience in application development, systems analysis, or software engineering
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, systems integration, and application design
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-platform technical environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operational support groups
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation standards
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Developer IV :- Experience with enterprise mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, or IMS
- Leadership experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications
- Familiarity with high-availability systems and production support environments
- Experience working across both legacy and modern technology platforms
Responsibilities of the Developer IV :- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex enterprise software applications
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to support project objectives and system enhancements
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform debugging activities, and recommend system improvements
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support for development initiatives and enterprise projects
Work Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Columbia, SC with multiple onsite days required weekly
