Who you are:
The RMS division is seeking an experienced Systems/Project Engineer to manage and oversee the program's cyber related activities across multiple authorization boundaries. In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that compliance standards applied to information systems are achieved consistently while maintaining schedule.

The Work:
• Communicate routinely with the Security Controls Assessor (SCA) to gather feedback and exchange information related to program performance as it pertains to Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop cyber related strategies and convey performance standards and metrics to leadership.
• Provide clear direction and assist program management with decision making relevant to the cybersecurity requirements defined in the contract.
• Serve as the principal advisor on all matters-technical and otherwise-related to the security of systems throughout the program.
• Help program teams develop plans that ensure successful assessment results.
• Maintain frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including regular collaboration with the SCA to verify compliance.
• Consult routinely with program leadership regarding the design, development, integration, and analysis of classified information systems.
• Oversee cyber governance, risk, and compliance processes, policies, tools, and strategies to assess, identify, mitigate, and validate cyber risk across the organization or program.

Basic Qualifications
• Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• All candidates must possess a Final Top Secret Clearance w/SCI.
• All candidates must possess a DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (e.g., CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or equivalent).
• Effective project management skills and a thorough understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Demonstrated experience implementing NIST SP 800 53 controls.
• Ability to guide the program's delivery of risk management holistically.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and security assessors.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $139,600 - $246,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
