Junior Business Litigation Attorney to join its
Business Litigation Practice Group in Detroit, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with
3-5 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience looking to grow their career within a collaborative and sophisticated practice.
Responsibilities- Handle a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
- Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and witness preparation.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriate.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and organizational abilities.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state where you practice.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $165,000, depending on experience.
