Qualifications

• BS or BA in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with management responsibilities
• Preferred field experience in construction settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret basic construction documents
• Current knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Sheet Metal installation
• Detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability for smaller, less-complex projects
• Collaborate with design and modeling team to reduce rework
• Facilitate communication among project team members to resolve issues
• Provide necessary material and feedback to team members
• Oversee final trade coordination and approvals with General Contractor
• Contribute to design pull schedules to meet project deliverables
• Manage project-specific resources
• Participate in conceptual design for modular construction standards
• Assist with budgeting and maintain cost accountability
• Perform additional assigned tasks as required
