Position: Design Team Lead

Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid Schedule)

Compensation: $160,000 / Annually DOE + Bonus opportunities

What You'll Do
• Serve as a technical leader on complex geotechnical and geostructural projects
• Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) for select projects
• Review and approve engineering deliverables for quality, constructability, and risk management
• Mentor and develop engineers across the design team
• Help drive hiring, workload planning, and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and sales teams to improve project execution
• Participate in process improvement and leadership initiatives across the engineering organization
• Support client-facing discussions, technical presentations, and project strategy

What They're Looking For
• BS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of relevant geotechnical or geostructural engineering experience
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Expertise in at least one of the following:
• Rockfall
• Landslide mitigation
• Micropiles
• Deep foundations
• Grouting
• Slope stabilization
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced project environments

Preferred Qualifications
• MS in Civil or Geological Engineering
• GE and/or SE licensure
• Experience with complex geotechnical construction projects
• Background leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Numerical modeling experience

Work Environment
• Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday-Thursday
• Location: Westminster, CO
• Potential flexibility for remote candidates on a case-by-case basis
• Up to 25% travel within North America
