Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent technical training
• 6+ years in engineering or construction management
• PE licensure preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and technical writing abilities
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, Autodesk Products, and Revit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team despite tight deadlines
• Outstanding project management skills
• Efficient at reviewing and critiquing construction documents
• Knowledge of MEP calculations, building codes, and system costs
• Capable of distributing design tasks among the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage large design-build and assist projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Develop and sustain client relationships while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate project goals and schedules to various stakeholders, identifying and assessing risks
• Oversee financial aspects of design contracts to maintain profitability and positive client relations
• Conduct cost impact studies and coordinate resources for conceptual designs
• Participate in creating engineering standards, training junior team members on compliance
• Maintain document control and ensure adherence to applicable standards
• Manage QA/QC processes and coordinate field surveys for design data collection
• Assist in procurement leveling as needed for projects.
