What You Will Be Doing

Join the Titleist Golf Club R&D team and help shape the future of performance-driven golf equipment. As a Design Engineer, you will apply your expertise in 3D CAD modeling, product design, and engineering analysis to develop innovative golf club technologies from concept through production. Working closely with senior engineers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams, you will create and validate new designs, support patent development, and contribute to breakthrough product innovations. This role combines hands-on design, research, prototyping, and technical documentation while maintaining a strong understanding of advanced manufacturing methods, industry regulations, competitive trends, and emerging technologies. Success in this position requires creativity, technical rigor, and the ability to evaluate and execute projects that align with critical product development timelines and business objectives.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible engineering, product design, or related professional experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX (Unigraphics), for product design and development.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Foundational understanding of golf club design principles, technologies, and product development processes.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering fundamentals to innovative product solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners throughout the product development lifecycle.

Pay Range: $90,018.00-$112,391.00
