Qualifications

• Familiarity with design for six sigma (DFSS) and related methodologies.
• Experience with engineering change processes and CAD tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC specifications and industry standards (preferred).
