Design Engineers (Levels 3-4) to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Tulsa, OK.
As a Design Engineer, you will apply engineering principles, design methodologies, and aerospace standards to deliver high-quality structural and mechanical design solutions while ensuring compliance with procedural and configuration-control requirements.
This role is ideal for engineers who are ready to work independently, solve complex design challenges, and contribute to high-impact aerospace programmes.
Responsibilities- Create detailed 3D models using CATIA V5 for aerospace components
- Generate complete drawing packages and layouts
- Perform model release activities ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and check drawing packages for quality and conformance
- Resolve design issues in collaboration with IPT teams
- Apply engineering judgment to structural and mechanical design challenges
- Support program deliverables with a strong sense of urgency
- Mentor junior engineers (Level 4 expectations)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 5 - 9+ years aerospace experience strong design ownership
- CATIA V5 proficiency
- Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical design
- Experience with Boeing standards (preferred)
- Understanding of FAA regulations and aerospace compliance
- Defence/military aircraft experience preferred
