Full Job Description
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our North American team in Assumption, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of conditioning systems and accessories, playing a key role in bringing innovative, high-quality products to market.

Your Impact
  • Design and configure product variations to meet customer-specific requirements
  • Develop and maintain standardized design procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing and order fulfillment
  • Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Creo
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product designs
  • Evaluate designs for risk, manufacturability, cost, and performance
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure product integrity
  • Support prototype builds and validation testing to verify safety and performance
  • Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply lessons learned to enhance existing products and resolve field issues


Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural / Biological, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of engineering experience, ideally in product development
  • Experience taking products from concept through production release

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $70,000 - $100,000, plus a bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.

Your Workplace and Travel
