JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:- CREO or similar 3D modeling and 2D drawing experience
- Drawings conforming to ASME Y14.5
- Welded structure design
- Access system design (Handrails, walkway, platforms, stairs/ladders, gates, hinges, latches, etc.)
- Sheet metal design
- Design to meet regulation compliance and to meet internal design standards
- Will start with modeling and drawings then providing design concepts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Engineering or Technical degree preferred but not required
- Master's degree is overqualified
- 5+years of work experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:- Creo
- GD&T knowledge
- Design for manufacturability knowledge
- Design validation experience
- Heavy equipment experience/knowledge (mining, construction or ag equipment)
DESIRED SKILLS:- ISO 2867 knowledge is a plus

75,000 - 93,600 USD per year (Peoria, IL)
