Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Piping Design Coordinator to join our Port Arthur team.Position Type: Full-time

Work Environment: Office/Sedentary
Travel Requirements: Occasional site visits required.
Essential Functions:- Constructability, operability, and maintainability of the project design.
- Carry out site surveys, gathering information per job scope with or without client, walking down P&ID's and recognizing tie points, field routing piping.
- Working with Lead Engineers/PM's and Multi Disciplines to complete project deliverables.
- Development of design configurations associated with the various systems that apply.
- Providing comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective technical input into design.
- Preparation of detailed design drawings, in accordance with engineering design, required as project deliverables.
- Maintaining a Job Data Book which contains all the pertinent information used during project design.
- Review of drawings for completeness, overall quality, and adherence to standards.
- Able to perform full checks on other designers and drafters work before being sent out to the client.
- Able to mentor staff.
- Prepares and/or directs the preparation of final drawing plots and copies for transmittal relative to all project deliverables.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED.
- 20+ years working experience.
- Field experience, able to walk down project per the client scope.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, organized, and solution advocate.
- Attention to detail.
- CADWorx experience.
- AutoCAD Plant 3D experience.
