What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
- Learn about customers' remodeling goals and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
- Present products, upgrades, financing options, and pricing.
- Assist homeowners with design selections, including fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
- Prepare contracts and accurately document project details.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Follow our proven sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, or consultative in-home sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
