Job Summary

As a Design Build Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by securing negotiated and invitation-to-bid opportunities in close collaboration with our engineering team. You will lead the full sales lifecycle - from initial engagement through project award - while building and strengthening strategic relationships with customers and industry partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives for design-build and negotiated projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering and design teams to deliver innovative, energy-efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and budgets to develop accurate, competitive proposals and estimates.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to successfully secure new business.
• Partner with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand presence and expand the client base.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $70,000-$120,000

Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
