Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review new client intake forms and document treatments and care plans.
  • Build patient partnerships by matching needs to available services and educating them accordingly.
  • Attend and conduct in-house training programs.

Full Job Description
Academic Alliance in Dermatology, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior general dermatology experience to join our team. This full-time opportunity is based exclusively in our Hudson office and offers a consistent four-day schedule, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This position provides an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong support team while delivering high-quality dermatologic care to the community.

 

Responsibilities
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as biopsies and lab work.
  • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic skin disorders and conditions. Prescribing medications and other treatments when needed.
  • Managing patients' overall care.
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care our patients deserve.
  • Review all new client intake forms, and document client treatments and plans of care.
  • Build patient partnerships by appropriately matching patient needs to the various services and products offered and clearly educating the patient on how they will receive the most benefit.
  • Attend/conduct in-house training programs.
